I recently purchased a product online from +Nailaid. It's called Clear Liquid BANDAGE and it works, really works, on cracked nails. Cracked, not peeling, not splitting, the clean cracks that start on the side of the nail, usually too far down to want to file them down because then you have to file them all down (at least I do). This stuff has been holding on my FU finger 2 weeks, 2! Superglue lasts a couple hours and raws you skin when you try to remove it. Try Liquid Bandage. You WILL <3 it!

i use jojoba oil on my nails and cuticles. I usually apply it when I am about to go to bed. After I've washed my hands. You can find it at Wholefoods or healthfood stores. Natural remedy.

I started using these pills called BeneSil and my nails were SO strong/thick/long in just a few weeks. It also really helps strengthen and lengthen my hair as well. i have this oily type stuff for ur nails and i could not lie with out it! its by sinful colors professional and its called quick dry. it comes in a nail polish container. when im in a hurry as soon as i finish putting the nail polish on i put that stuff on right away and give it a quick blow and it drys in like 1 minuet! it is AMAZING!

Not saying this is my favourite, but when I'm in a pinch I just rub a little bit of olive oil on my cuticles.

My brother's fiance told me about it, and it does kinda work.

I mean, there are many different uses for olive oil for skin care. Mix it with some sugar and it makes a pretty nice body scrub.

So yeah, if you don't mind the smell of olive oil then rub a little bit on your cuticles. It does take a wjile to absorb into your skin. It's not perfect, but it does work.

Solar oil has been around for a long time ...going back to when I was in beauty school which was..16 yrs ago*sigh*. They included it in our kits when we started school and it is great also for acrylic nails for buffing and shine. It is a great all around product.

If you can't find solar oil, use Jojoba oil. You can find Jojoba oil at any health food store.

Suggest you putting a drop of almond or olive oil on each nail bed (without nail polish on) + cuticle. Massage fo a minutes and in a mth - you'll notice a big difference!

Well i know that when i didnt use a base coat on my nails, then my nails would turn yellow, or if i used a nail polish with a very strong a potent color. What i did was clean my nails or toenails and let them air out for a few days, meaning no polish for a few days and it will lighten up.

That sally hansens complete care works just as good as the sally hansens hard as nail clear nail polish, they jus make it sound better but its actually the same and thats wut u call marketing they make things sound better so they can get more money. Trust me if u go with sally hansen hard as nail clear polish u will find ur nails lookin just as healthy and possibly a lil longer within bout five day or so. so dont fall 4 that marketing stuff. nice products though. i have products dat i use too XD

I recently just got a body butter and it is the BEST I have ever bought! I have tried many different ones and they either left a really greasy residue on my skin or the sent was weird or the sent vanished within a mater of minutes!

Aroma Butter, sent: Milk. This is a very pleasant sent, mild, not overly strong. It absorbs nicely into my skin and leaves my skin silky soft and the sent lingers for hours after! I highly recommend it! Using this just on my hands makes my cuticles soft!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat! Swear by it! Also, for a base coat I use the Seche Clear base coat. I don't get the shrinking of the nail polish, although I wrap my polish around the tips and to the underside of the nail. :)

YES YES YES!!!! I'm a nail tech at a 2 spas. Spa @ Norwich Inn & GSpa @ the MGM in Foxwoods. I had artificial nails for 15yrs. When I took them off all I had was a thin layer of skin. No nail. I gently massaged my cuticles back, put the Nail Envy on once a week, with a pretty color over that, and the solar oil. Faithfully. Now my nails R hard & long. I have to file them to stay at a nice active length!!! So Yes these R great products! U can also use olive oil. This keeps the nail flexible.

The only mistake you make when you say this is in the word "sèche". Try to say it like "say-che" instead of "see-che".

I love the Lush cuticle butter, it's greasy but if you do it just once a day before bed any hangnails or rough cuticles are gone when you wake up in the morning, it's awesome.

I really like the Sephora by OPI brand nail treatments, too. They have a strengthener and a base coat that I love. Nail polish chips after one day for me, no matter what I do, but this stuff lasts me a good couple of days. :)

I take a good multi-vitamin. not a walmart one, one that lists the sources of each ingredient. This also helps my hair grow faster. I've also noticed it helps keep my skin from drying out in the winter.
