@winemichine Here in California there are very strict regulations on size, numbers and gear restrictions. Please do not judge what you don't thoroughly understand. They are allowed 7 lobster per person, 3 1/4 inch carapace length, no spears, ticklers or nooses allowed (by hand only), from October to March. On top of that the game wardens are out in force all over the state. These guys found a honey hole and are grabbing their limit to last them through to next season, give em a break!
