  • my friend has said to me that hair kind of "reshapes" (i'm sorry if that's not the right word but i hope you understand) itself about every seven years and at those times your hair gets usually thinner, sometimes a lot, so it just might be that.... i'm not an expert but i think it's an option?

  • I hope you went to see a doctor when you were losing all that hair. Extreme hair loss can be a symptom of some serious health problems.

  • Just now realized Loepsie, you sound and look like Chloe from H2O, love that show! oh and btw, has your hair loss stopped, i noticed you said you lost hair and i hope it all grew back!

  • This happened to me 2 yrs ago. I had my hair I think down to my waist/ hips and it started to fall whenever I touched or combed it or showered it was so bad that I had sum bald patches I felt horrible . I went to the doctor and I was fine. 2 years later my hair is back, full and at knee length. I continue my suppliments and daily oil care.

  • Hi Loepsie! Since this is an old video I really hope the hairloss is gone now and your hair is growing back healthy and beautiful. And by the way - this is a really nice diadem you are wearing here! Would you share where did you get it from? I've been looking for something similar for ages! :)

    Cheers,

    L.

  • castor oil is great and very well known for its hair nourishment abilities in the middle east, and girls use it a lot, but what I hate about it is that it's so heavy and thick I have to shampoo my hair like 4 times after using it to take it off completely..

  • i have the same wooden chest as you :)

  • I love your head band too! Sorry your shampoo bar didn't work for you in the long run :(

  • hy, i wanted to know if you use dry shampoo in the last days before washing your hair or it doesn't get greasy. thanks in advance

  • Is this the shampoo bar that made your hair fall? :-?

  • Hello Lucy, could you please tell me if this routine helped?

I have lost half of my hair over the past months and I'm trying to find a way to prevent more hair loss :(

  • as i was 6 i used to have thick hair, now i don't have much of it, and it's pretty sad.. :(

  • could you please tell me what are the ingredients of those pills? cause i can't hear it very well(i'm foreign speaker) i would also like to know what kind of oils do u use before you wash your hair (again, other than castor oil i can't hear it on the video) thanks! and i would also like to know why did CO not work for you? because i'm planning to try that too. what do you find the most important from your hair loss treatment? because i lose my hair a lot, the most when it's greasy. thanks

  • @boteegay I know I'm not leopsie but I hope this helps:

The best thing u can do for ur hair is eat properly, a healthy body gives healthy hair, and of course drink lots of water, try using natural shampoos, and use less heat and hair styling products on ur hair, and of course the famous hot oil treatment every week or so, best oils include: coconut, olive, argan (she mentioned it in the video), castor, jojoba (also she mentioned it), safflower seed oil (also from the video).. hope this helps :)

  • @boteegay btw drinking herbal teas also helps ALOT, especially green tea which contains lots of elements that help prevent hair loss!! I've tried it trust me it helps, and again drink LOTS of water :)) but u should always address the main reason that's causing ur hair loss, like if u're stressed, u should exercise to relieve stress, and increase blood flow to your scalp so that the nutrients reach your hair roots..

  • @EmYoussif Nice Tip!

  • @ThePepemaria Hey thanks! :))

  • I am also going through a MAJOR shed after my second baby, I am taking a supplement for 'hair skin and nails' but it's not working! I'll see if I can find out what's in your tablets and if there is a difference.

    Also, I LOVE your headband!

  • Loepsie, you say it's better not to go to bed with wet hair but you need to humid it to curl your hair with the sock bun, don´'t you? so, what do I do?? Thanks very much for your fantastic channel!

  • @InmaNacherElwing You can use hair mousse :) it contains elements that help create and maintain curls, so that they last longer throughout the day :)

(I'm not a fan of hair styling products in general but this is the best alternative for water)

  • I am surprised that you still Laugh when Talking about your Hair Loss! You are Beautiful :)

  • you are one of the most beautiful women I've seen on youtube!

  • try mane 'n tail, i heard that makes your hair grow thicker

  • i love your hairband! where did you get it??

  • I love your videos! I'm trying to grow my hair super long but right now its only a little passed my collar bones so I have a ways to go LOL you're tips and stuff really help though :)

  • My hair just started falling out about two weeks or so, like crazy. I've got thick hair, or rather, I HAD thick hair.

My doctor told me there isn't anything I can do about it.

Please, please help - what can I do to stop this and help the new hair grow? Those pills you mentioned don't exist in Canada.

    Help?!

  • My hair is falling like crazy,,I wonder if you have any advises...

    I've tried everything,,pleeeeeeease help me >___<

  • @misstoto1411 hiya, thought i'd help. try massaging warm mustard oil & coconut oil to roots every 3 days. switch to gentle baby shampoo. plz quit colouring and hair straightening.

Also rub castor oil (not neat but mixed with neem oil or mustard) & guaranteed you will see baby hair sprouting soon in 1 month. maintain this routine for 6 months minimum to feed & strengthen the weak & new follicles. Eat loads of greens and protein!

dont stress cos that will affect your hair first :-)

  • Your hair is still very beautiful! Hair loss is a common side effect of thyroid conditions. Has your doctor checked your thyroid?

  • Loepsie I love your channel, I'm trying to grow my hair long so your advice is much appreciated! I would really recommend evening primrose oil, it's amaaazing for growing hair! I've been using it for just a few months and already its grown much faster than usual and its thicker and shinier.

  • @tfrazee1 what's emi's channel?

  • @expressmakeup her Channel is called DieSushiBitch, hope you find it! ;)

  • i watch emi too, shes why im growing my hair long too,she is an inspiration!!!

  • Thank you for this video! It was really helpful!

Also, where did you buy your head-band? It is really beautiful!

  • Hey, Loepsie, I was wondering could you suggest a natural hair mousse, cause my hair is naturally wavy, and if I don't apply some mousse it just looks like a huge haystack! the wax doesn't really work, because if I touch the hair, the wax sort of disbands and then it's a haystack all over again! so I was wondering maybe you knew some product that was natural, because normal mousse really dries the hair out!! help! please :) and I live in Belgium, so there's a good chance that I could find it here

  • @GenieY23 Have u tried making your own hair mousse? o.o I've seen recipes for homemade hair mousse, gel, etc.. why not try those out?

  • You've got really good hair, thick, full and lushesly long! I love it great video!

  • omg.. she is just so like mrs.bean

  • What if we do sports everyday, and we have to wash your hair, should I still wash it everyday or...?

  • I think u look pretty here, love your makeup

  • I think that your hair is in the catagen phase, which is when it follicle detaches from the papilla or something.. I read it when researching but basically you hair just keeps shedding... after this comes the telagen phase which is when your hair rest (doesn't grow and doesn't shed) then it goes to the first phase which is the anagen phase of growth... research it yourself to understand better... oh and you might be stressed so get a massage! a scalp one to stimulate your scalp..:P xx <3

  • BTW: I made a sock bun using your method for the first time today & it looks awesome. :0) Thanks for the tutorial!

  • Your hair doesn't look too thin... it looks a lot like mine, not thick, not thin. My care routine: I wash as seldom as possible, about every 3-4 days, and I wash the scalp with shampoo, but condition the ends only. I never use heat, and let my hair air dry. I try not to brush it when wet. It used to be down to my undies, but I had to hold it out the way when I used the toilet! So I cut it up to my ears. The hairdresser loved my hair it was so healthy down to the ends.

  • Sometimes stress causes hairloss and evev birth control

  • you are so funny! :) it felt like you were talking to me

  • you look axcually like pelin karahan!

  • hair has 3 stages... the growing, the resting and the shedding stage.. Probably nothing to worry about! a good way to check the amount of shedding is brush and put all your loose hairs in a pile and then brush again make another pile and then again.. If your hair piles get smaller then its normal shedding : )

  • Hi, i live in Belgium and i was wondering how you translate Castile Oil into dutch? And aslo what the name is of that shampoo bar?

  • @Svetlap Castor olie (niet castile), kan je bij de apotheek krijgen :)

  • That happened to me to! Turns out my hair falls out when I'm either depressed, frustrated or stressed. It sucks really bad, cause I'm pretty much always stressed. People tell me to cut it since it's thinner now, but noooo way! The girl who lost her hair that you talk about in this video, does she have a youtube account? <3

  • @Malinkvitblik Yeah she does.... actually there's a video on the suggestions to the left.... her channel is DieSushiBitch.... she does have very pretty hair :)

  • Nvver mind.. i posted the question before watchjing the whole video :P

  • Can you tell us how you wash your hair ? if you don't mind :)

  • Never heard of a shampoo bar before! Talk about learning something new every day. I have hair about as long as yours, though mine is quite thick. I never sleep with my hair in because I move around a lot in my sleep and it breaks my hair. I usually get away with washing my hair once every wk to two wks, depending. I think I would DIE without conditioner, I would love to hear your story about your conditioner disaster!

  • heyy umm.. did the castor oil worked on your eyelashes?? (: dont know if i should try it or not..

  • @ximenita44 yes castor oil does work on eye lashes but be careful not to let it into your eyes cz it stings a lot and may hurt.

  • I SERIOUSLY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! About a year ago my hair just started falling out like crazy and I lost at least half of my hair. I went to the doctor and she had no idea what it was. I have no idea how to stop it. Those hair loss pills may help but I live in the US :/

  • Hi Loepsie :) I love your videos ! I'm happy to have found someone who doesn't use heat in their hair :) I was reading that using organic/non SLS and cones made some people shed like mad! Now I am scared to grow out my hair...I just cut it all off to start with new, fresh growth, and I'm worried using organic/SLS and cone-free shampoo will cause me to lose hair. What do you recommend ?

  • All your videos start with, "Hey guys. So..." ahahah. <3

  • u kindda look like mr bean <3 but in a pretty way

  • you are sooo pretty!

  • I started losing my hair when i began using coconut oil. It would come out in huge clumps! As soon as I stopped the shedding stopped. My mom was using it at the same time so I know it was the oil and her hair stopped shedding as well when she stopped using it.

It may not be the reason for you but i know you were using it as well. I started using pure argan oil and it seems to be working very well.

  • if you live in the US some good hair pills are GNC ultranourish hair and nails, y'all. =D

  • i went thru the exact thing an i panicked i cried!!its better but i have to stay on top of it..i use only natural hair products an i spray diluted apple cider vinegar on my scalp everyday and wow has it helped!

  • Wow, even after the big shed your hair's still really thick in my eyes O_O My hair is a bit thinner that your current hair, I'd happily trade, haha!

  • Do you by chance know when your shed started? Was it because of the change in shampoo? I ask because I started using Shampoo bars, and am noticing a big increase in shed

  • coconut oil is amazing =]

  • what is the name of the vitamins in english, i live in the USA and when i searched the name its in a different language :(

  • im having the same problem with more hair loss than usual, when i wash my hair and when i brush it :(

  • i see your 18. it may just be a hormonal change or mineral deficiency that caused a sudden change in hair growth. also massage is really good for stimulating circulation which will mean more minerlas to the hair root and stronger hair, also i freaking love lush products! your right on the name! i love new and seanik.

  • I HAVE THAT HEADBAND! did you get it at claire's? haha

  • Were you sick? I was hospitalised with a very high fever a few years ago with a very high fever and it just kept falling out in clumps... Very scary!!

  • Hey Loepsie! :) What is the name of the girl who lost the hair that you were mentioning?

  • Love your makeup look , Can you please take the time to show us how it's done :) Thank You :):) Love your videos , Keep it up

  • how do you apply the shampoo bar? and how much do you put?

  • You still look beautiful and your hair will look full soon :) you outfit is adorable!

  • You are so very patient with your hair growth! I am not however. :( I wish I had the patience that you have bc my hair grows awfully slowly over a year. :/

  • Hey Loepsie, I love your videos. I cut my hair short myself (BAD idea..) about a month ago, and at first I was happy with it..but then I found you, and now I want it long. Today I got it cut again, to even it out, so at least I like it, it looks okay. Have you ever had your hair short ? How do you stay motivated and happy with it until it grows out ?

  • Yes, get ur thyroid checked...but also stress can cause hair loss.

  • i have a question, what is the name of those tablets? I have really thick hair too, and I shed like crazy, and my roomate commented on that as well (although we both agreed that my hair doesnt seem to get visibly thinner) yeah basically I live in the netherlands can you tell me where to buy those and how to spell the name? (ik spreek alleen een beetje nederlands!)

  • @barbabecca Bloem Haar Totaal Balans, you can get it at drugstores I believe

  • @Loepsie have you been diagnosed with anaemia cos that could be a factor?

    or lost weight?

sorry to hear that but I must say your hair still looks beautiful so dont worry!

  • i had the exact same hair band from claires, it broke so i bought another one, which broke again :( but it looks amazing!

  • it always happens to me when ever my hair starts to grow out longer my hair starts to fall out :(

  • it might be stress or something?? :(

  • I forgot to add that straight castor oil *may* make you shed. I used it straight on my scalp once and it made me shed so bad I never did it again. I found out later you're supposed to dilute it by mixing it with a lighter oil.

  • I used to oil heavily before washing and do prewash soaks in light coconut milk. I'm like you, I don't like using conditioner and I only shampoo but the oil shampoo method has worked for me. It gives me similar results of heavy oilings but so much faster and more convenient. I use less coconut oil by far and the oils wash out completely. All I do is scrape out a tiny amount of coconut oil on a butter knife and take it with to mix with shampoo. No conditioner required! Try it sometime?!

  • Hey lucy, when you dyed your hair red with the henna, did you dye it back to brown? Or did the red just fade/grow out?

  • WE HAVE THE SAME HEADBAND : D

  • @CharlotteAnderson3 Great tip! You can also buy iodine in a bottle and add a few drops to water (although it tastes pretty gross!). The kind I get is called Iosol (iosol), and you can buy it at a health food store. I take some every morning. :)

  • How did you manage to stretch your washing days from 2 to 4 days? My hair is very greasy if I do not wash it every other day. What did you do to make your hair go longer without washes?

  • @GlivoremHiml You just got to let your hair be greasy for a day, it might nog look that pretty but you can always wear a hat

  • Biosil and Biotin, especially Biotin are both great for hair loss.

  • About conditioners: they usually don't work, it's not the case of your hair. Use masks if you'd like to use a drugstore product after washing instead of oil from time to time ;)

  • Quite a few women lose thickness in their early twenties. Seems to be a hormonal thing. I've found that eating plenty of meat and improving my fitness improves the state of my hair, but as long as you've run a blood test and ruled out medical issues, I'm afraid it's more or less permanent.

  • OMG your hair did get alot thinner

  • The headband is from claire's. Or theres one at claire's exactly like it

  • I think the headband is from claire's

  • Oh sorry I didn't mention this in my previous comment, but can you tell me where you got that headband.

  • Honey, that is pelvis length, not hip length. Find your hipbone. That is your hip. But I love your hair color. P.S your have ten times more hair than I do. : )

  • I love you :)

  • thanks for the kelp tablet tip. I'm going to try it.

  • I've found that I can't stand the smell of my hair if I try to skip 2 or more days. Any suggestions?

  • Mine falls out like mad too! And I have thin hair to begin with....*sigh* So, my hair kinda sucks right now. I feel your pain. Yours is as beautiful as ever though, maybe a bit thinner. :)

  • I had the same problem as you a couple of years ago - I used to get clumps falling out in the shower which was pretty disturbing. As some people have suggested, it may be from medical causes. However, since your hair continued to grow and has stopped falling out, it may just be a phase caused by hormones or other factors; younger teenagers and children tend to have thicker hair and it thins as you go through puberty and get older. My hair got thicker again naturally so I'm sure yours will too.

  • my hair has gotten much thinner as I got older =( it stinks but (not sure if you can get it in Europe) but biotin is supposed to be really good but I have started using olive oil and it has made a huge difference in my hair =) <3 your videos sweetie

  • pretty headband!!

  • i love her <3

  • I'm having a similar problem. Alpecin helped for a bit, but the smell is foul! I think it's the shampoo and conditioner I'm using. No sulphates doesn't agree with my hair, unfortunately. Back to good old Herbal Essences then!

  • Oh and people here keep commenting about having problems with your thryroid, well maybe it was your baby hair falling out. Here's a tip: sweet potatoe leaves. You blend it, with water and massage it into your scalp. I'll give you the rest of the information, but just letting you know it give you thicker hair, as in your head will be full of hair.

  • I love your hair though, by the way, I miss your old videos, can you do a video using your old camera,, miss it, you just sound really different with the new cam

  • one reason of hair loss may be just stress

  • This happened to me a few years ago(i was 16-17). I started taking lots of vitamins and some natural hair restore stuff, and now it's thicker again, though still not as thick as it was(it was really, really thick to start with though) Personally i really don't know what happened, i think it was a cross betwixt stress, hormones, or just lack of vitamins/whatever. Anyway. I know exactly what you went through, lol. And I'm refusing to trim my uneven ends also. :)

  • You put all sorts of oils in your hair and yet you can get by without washing for five days... my mind is blown. I can't comprehend how you can do that without your hair getting greasy.

  • What do you use for a makeup remover? Particularly how do you remove eye makeup?

  • Maybe your hair is thinner but it looks shiny and healthy and you are soooo beautiful!

  • i have the same problem

  • about a year ago my hair started to feel really thin and i noticed more hair then usual falling out, turned out it was the shampoo and conditioner i was using, i stopped using it and my hair is almost as thick as it used to be

  • hi! can you please please please do a separate video on castor oil? it'd be really interesting. Also, after you apply the oils to your ends and length, do you just rinse that part with water or use shampoo? I hope my english make sense since i'm from Argentina ;) xo Eva

  • My hair isnt falling out or anything, its dry from dying it often, do you think if i took vitamins similar to yours my hair would get better?

  • I hope you figure out why your hair is falling out and the vits keep helping you. I've had major sheds too, mostly from stress (Something to keep in mind with your studies!). I recommend what others have said: thyroid/birth control, also check your diet. I've found henna helps hugely. I read on the LHC that people often go through heavy sheds every 7 years or so. Either way whatever is causing it I hope it's resolved and no need to cut your hair, it's still lovely <3

  • why is it bad to sleep on wet hair?

  • My hair gets oily by the second day so I am going to try that Jumping Juniper!

  • I am experiencing the same thing, but I just assume it's because I'm my grandpa is bald, and also, because I'm a dude. :(

  • I am experiencing the same thing, but I just assume it's because I'm my grandpa is bald, and also, because I'm a dude. :(

  • my hair has thinned out as well. but my hair never fell out in clumps. i actually dont lose that much hair. i got my thyroid checked and hormones checked and vitamins checked and everythings perfect. i guess for me its just hereditary.

  • by the second day, my hair gets greasy.. i started using dry shampoo and i wash my hair every 3 or 5 days. i don't use heat on my hair since most of it isn't even at shoulder length and i'm going to TRY to grow it out. So my little advice: to extend washing period use dry shampoo. if it looks dull or doesn't have any shine apply serum or whatever hair shiner you use making sure to apply at the ends and whatever is left can be applied to the crown area.

  • Hi!!! I recommend you try karma, from lush, It has a milder form of SLS, but still is very cleansing. maybe your hair loss is dew to a hormone disorder, do you take birth control pills?, if you do, ask your doctor about that, it might be the cause, my hair thinned out a lot when I was on birth control.

    good luck!!take care!

  • Seeing this has brought tears to my eyes making me think of my own situation. I have been dealing with hair loss since I was 16 and now I am 22. My hair is really thin but it's long being hip length when straightened. I miss having my thick hair when I was little! Ever since I started straightening I was losing hair but now I RARELY straighten my hair, like maybe 2-3 times every 5 months. But my hair isn't coming back. If it's really my thyroid problem I need to go to the doctor then. Ty every1

  • I wish I could stop washing my hair every day, but I workout about 5 to 6 days a week and get pretty gross and sweaty.

I got one of those Lush shampoo bars in a gift set and was always so hesitant to use it. Now after seeing your review, I will give it a try.

  • Hey loepsie! I'm happy that you're back!!^^ I'm sorry for your hairloss during the years, hope it comes back!

My haircare routine, is washing it on scaduled days when there are at least 3 days in between,my hair gets greasy at day 4 but its still oke to make something of it.

I use Dr.Organic shampoo Virgin olive oil (&condititioner) and for me it works perfectly. It doesn't contain SLS or other chemicals.

You can buy it @ de tuinen. ow it smells delicious btw!

Love ya C ya soon! Kus Veer!

  • It's still beautiful :) I hope it grows back quickly! As other people have said, get your thyroid checked just to be sure. Glad it stopped falling out though! I was on a (horrible) medication for migraines that made half my hair fall out :-/. I DID cut it really short, and even after stopping the medication and growing it out, the heavy side of my part is still thinner than the other haha!

  • Hoi Loepsie!

  • Please tell us why it is bad to sleep on wet hair. :D And go see a doctor because losing hair is a sign for something, really.

  • @Michaelinchen because wet hair is prone to breakage,,its very weak when its wet..so if u sleep on wet hair,,u might tangle it more in sleep or while u sleep u might damage thm by moving here n there..

  • U might handle ur hair too roughly. Treasure it like a baby instead of tying it for a long time or very tightly. Do u always blow dry your hair? It kinda hurts the hair. Rubbing your hair to dry it also damages it

  • stress, age.. it's normal

  • awww ur hair does look so thin comparing to before :( hope it can get thicker back, my hair has always been thin so I guess i'm used to it that way :P and I think stress can be a major reason too. <3 lv u!

  • So sorry about the hair loss. :( bummer Okay, one question and one comment. You said it isn't good to sleep on wet hair, I am just wondering: why not?

I wash my hair every 7 to 10 days. It takes about a month for your scalp to adjust, but if you just keep waiting longer and longer between washings, your hair won't get really greasy. Mine doesn't look greasy until the 7th day or so. Thanks for all the videos. Love them! Oh, I love the bloopers too!

  • hi, i also use these lush soap bars and i have heard using them too long makes the scalp dry, so i thinks its important to use conditioner and balms and that stuff and also a normal shampoo from time to time

  • Definitely get a blood test done, just to check. Hair's a non-essential part of the body, so if something goes wrong and you have a shortage of a vitamin, your body will stop giving it to your hair first, and save it for the parts of your body that need it more like your internal organs. So hair loss is really a red flag that you need to get checked out. A blood test would give you a better idea of what's going on. :) Good luck.

  • btw: your way to bun the hair for sleeping is just exact the same way, i do. :) looks really funny!^^

  • Your Hair loss may go with the stress you gone thru with your graduation, starting university, moving and so on. :) As long it is really frustrating to loose hair, that means, that it might stop, when you get routine in university , living at your own place etc. and your hair will just grow as beautiful as ist was (and is, besides the loss ;))

But if it wont stop, you should check up by a doctor. :)

    Good luck for everything!

  • hey do you watch downton abbey? cause the hairstyles on it are pretty!

  • Congrats on your length, and on the shed stopping! I've been where you are, and I chopped in panic. You are an inspiration for me! :)

  • Do you have any recommendations on hair loss vitamins I can get in the USA??? I have extreme hair loss myself and am going crazy trying to find a solution.

  • Or you could just take flax seed tablets. My grandpa did and it worked.

  • Thanks for the video! I could listen to you talk about hair all day long lol. So can you link the girl you talked about who lost all her hair but grew it back?

  • Maybe you were too stressed about finishing high school and starting the university Lucy! Stress may cause hair loss =(

Try working out, eating healthy, drinking lots of water and vitamins and I'm sure that your hair will be thick and beautiful again =)

btw I'm sure the castor oil will work great on you! I've been using it since you advised me to use it and my hair is a lot thicker now! And it grew 4 inches in 4 months ^-^ I know that in a few months you will be as happy as I am now =)

  • coconut oil made some of my hair fall out too....

  • Seriously, go to a doctor about the hair thing! I used to have SO. MUCH. HAIR and then I started losing more than normal when brushing it and it got really thin looking. Turns out, I had a thyriod disease. Fun times :/

  • I lost a lot of hair when I was prescribed a different birth control pill. The hormonal change caused it.

  • maybe it's because you are allergic to your shampoo, or since you are suddenly using different chemical your scalp freaked out, and started loosing hair.

That happens to me to my skin, so maybe that's what happens to your scalp.

I mean whenever I use different skin wash thingy my skin freaks out, and get bunch of breakouts(I can't even pop it T_T).Or your skin can be allergic to SLS?

  • My hair was SUPER thick when I was younger, but after going through my teenage years, my hair thinned out too. I don't know why, I went to the doctors to see a specialist, but it seems to be just a natural process.

  • Wow! I am sooo sorry about your hair! :( That just sucks, I would be devastated if that happened to me. (And I have tailbone length hair.) I hope it gets bettter and grows back nicely!

  • There are also Biotin supplements and Nutricap vitamins that are beneficial to help hair grow.

  • Try rosemary oil or the stuff that makes hair grow. women can use that stuff too! OH! and clean your pores because they can get clogged and your hair won't grow.

  • At this stage in life, a lot of women (myself included) go through a hair-thinning cycle. It's not really all that unnatural. It just happens. However, stress, lack of sleep and having really low iron in your bloodstream can make the hair loss way worse.

  • @Loepsie, please, What are the names of the oils you use? and please, tell me how you use them? I did not understand that part, Sorry =D

  • @cynthiarbd0712 She uses castor oil to massage her scalp, in the middle section of her hair she uses jojoba oil and on the ends, she uses coconut oil or olive oil =)
