It's so hard to be around people eating like that sometimes. I feel the same way when I go over to my little sisters. But sometimes, you really do need to enjoy yourself and not worry about what you eat all the time. You look great molly and I know you can do this :). You are such a strong person!

I know how you feel Molly. I had a few bad days last week too. Socializing with friends is one of the tough challenges bu we need to stay focused. In the past I did prepare my snacks and meals and sometimes I didn't follow the plan. All we can do is to try to focus on what we want to achieve. It's good vent about it. Stay strong! <3

Hi Molly...So glad you made this video because I think we ALL make the same mistake with overindulging on crap sometimes. But I'm so glad you got back up and kept on going strong. I hate when I bring my healthy snacks to peoples house and they have all this temptation around which makes my healthy stuff seem so unappealing!! It's hard but the prize at the end is the best reward for all the sacrifice and hard work!! Take care!

No big deal. In all honesty what you ate wasn't very much. It may not have been foods that make up your current diet plan but you didn't binge or anything. Binging would be eating 12 donuts, 2 bags of chips, pizza, etc.
I think this is far more mental than physical. You didn't set yourself back or anything, you just feel bad because your body wasn't used to the sugar rush. No big deal. Don't beat yourself up over small things.
