Glad to see you decided to make some new videos...they always bring a much needed clarity to my life situations, more than you can possibly know. The only problem is that even when I have some degree of mental freedom, it's always short lived and then I fall back to the habit of totally identifying 100% with my mind which leads to a sense of hopelessness. A particular insight will give me some breathing room, but this is eventually replaced by apathy and dissatisfaction.
@mathiasgandy The obstacle you're encountering is the domination of thought; thought in its role of "getting it", "figuring it out", or having control on your world. Consider this: There is no objective reality that can be known or described by thought. There is only experience. Right now what is your experience? That is the way.
what song is at the beginning of the video?

@ABradley818 It's just a little 'sound clip' that Apple's iMovie allows users to include in videos without risking copyright violations.

Maybe you are more confortable writing, but you are much more expressive on video.
Besides your warm and sincere looking you have a very clear body language and you are using your hands very expressive.
I have read part of your book, and thanks fore that, but I prefer your videos.
So: Keep on making videos. ((:

@Spiresprog Thank you. I'm planning on one more early next week. It will be very short but totally on point (I'm hoping).
