The ocean is polluted yes and over fished, but CO2 is not significantly increasing to cause this, thus the carbon tax is a scam. Please type in Lord Monckton on youtube. There has been a lie perpetuated by big money changers, like Al Gore, who stand to gain billions if this treaty in Copenhagen goes into effect.

I realize that the oil and gas companies are raping the public as well. But to say that we actually have a say in the government and where our tax money goes is a very optimistic and incorrect view. How many were so adamantly opposed to the bail outs because we are so deep in debt that we'll never get out at this rate. And as for the people we choose, there are two main parties in a duopoly that pretends at a republic, but in fact both parties are bought and paid for by special interest.

The media never tells the truth of what is actually happening that effects us on a personal basis, like the reason why so many are opposed 2 COP 15. I don't think I am incorrect, we get a chance to vote for the people in office, its is just that most people don't bother following up and letting the elected officails know. However, I completly agree that government is run by special intrest groups. In fact I would argue that it is these special intrests groups that have created the idea that climate change is a lie!
