How Davidsfarm4 became, and a complaint to Rickem & Bloke

i realize that there are things going on between dave and rick. things that maybe should remain privite. but for bloke to complain about people asking questions on his channel. which btw would have 0 hits if it wasn't for dave is really fucked up.

I'll take a shot in the dark as to why Rickem and the Bloke didn't actually say anything on Youtube about Dave's channel. Obviously, they both wanted to keep their own channels in good standing, as Rick, for one, does rely on his channel as a source of income, and waffling on about that stuff would probably get them a strike. Also, Dave probably wanted to keep things on the down-low for the time being, just to let the tension settle down, and have time to organize a new channel.

@CrazyIvan1337 The two of them COULD have responded to the thousands of questioning comments, but that would again be making public reference about it, and possibly stirring more trouble before the storm had time to blow over, if you will. Bloke...well, I get the impression that he much prefers to stay out of others' business, and that's the way he was and still is. So all in all, I don't blame Rick and Chris (Bloke) for their actions in regards to the shutting down of the Davidsfarm channel.

@CrazyIvan1337 Yet ANOTHER reason I'm sure of that they didn't mention anything about the fan channels either, is pretty straightforward. Two big, popular channels "advertising" about the fan-made channels could potentially get those channels shut down pretty quickly, too. I'm sure the guys were well aware of fans archiving all the videos, and as soon as the re-uploads started popping up, they figured it would be much safer to let news of these channels spread by word of mouth.

Davidsfarmlives originated as a fan-page, approximately the same time as Davidsfarm4, if not shortly after, Davidsfarmlives uploaded about 800 of the classic Davidsfarm videos ... (800/1400). But, after noticing the termination of Davidsfarm4, he quickly deleted all of the videos. Thinking quick for another strategy he realized the only way was to just upload Dave’s blip.tv videos. After all this a 6-month conversation via email between David rock, Davidsfarmlives is Dave’s new official channel.

I wish my hard-drive was bigger, I'd download the torrent. I have to say, it's very honorable that your not going to upload videos from DavidsFarmLives and yea, some update videos from the other two would have been nice. Maybe they know/knew something we didn't, but, it's really really really nice to have David back. I would like to thank you for uploading all his old videos. I really appreciate it as I'm sure everyone else does too. Thanks.

Thanks man. You know, you can get a 2,000GB hard drive for about $70 nowadays so that's no excuse!

In my opinion the update videos from Bloke and Rickem didn't give any useful information what-so-ever.

About hard drive, not every one live in Canada/USA. Here 2GB HDD cost you about 300 PLN (107$) but you earn per month about 1300 PLN with is 465$. So good luck buying a HDD for about 25% of your income ;) For that kind of HDD I must work a week. So this is excuse ;)
