Yes just like my KnappMonarchJackFrost. Colors & all. A fan buddy found it @ a garage sale. He restored it to work & gave to me as a Bday gift. I just cleaned & oiled it for winter storag. There's an oil port @ the shaft behind the blades. Then @ the rear @ the oscillator box, remove the rear motor shell. There"s another oil port 1/2" behind the cover screw hole.- As if you would oil 1 of those small Bersted fans. Question "Up@Dawn"; does yours have a very rattley, buzzy startup sound?
last weekend i found a old ge box fan at the flea market it's 3 speeds and reversable and in really good shape because mostally i find old beat up ones my mom said it was so nice icould use it in my room yea! powerful motar
I have a Knapp Monarch desk fan that looks similar to that, but it's green.

Definately a mid 60's fan. They were coming out with plastic blades then.

Actually made by Knapp Monarch, and actually in the late 60's. I have two of them.

I can tell by the sound of the motor that it was built in the 70s. Everything I own from that decade sounds like that! :-)

Very cool desk fan, I'd put it at late 60's early 70's. It almost looks like a Knapp-Monarch.

Cool fan. I believe that is early 70's like 1973. It's got a nice sound to it too. I'm into vintage fans myself.
