i just looked real closely at the "missed note" if you look close, the notes all have a really mini flame come up really late and it's really fast (probably cuz of the SP being so close). so you didn't miss, just got lucky with the huge ass gh timing window

Technically they are real drums they can be made into an electric set if you buy the DM5 and you buy them because Activision supplies you with crappy drums for this game which is why mine have broken 3 times and that is why I'm getting an Ion set.

Ah. I believe I know why it did not drop the note. It's because he activated the SP at that time. When you activate star power in GH:WT, it counts as if you had hit the note, since it'd be hard for most people to activate it in between a beat.
