you got the theory wrong, the theory states that the black hole is spinning in a enourmous rate therefor flattens in some way... if you tild the video and look at it in a horizontal way, the earth moves over and under its linear shaped pull every 26 thousand years. and the theory states that this fine line is not the black hole, but it is a flattened gravity from the black hole.

There is no alignment that year or any year (actually it is not closest in 2012, and will never be even close to exact.

Even if there was an alignment, it is only an astological event and has no astronomical significance.

Galactic plane is an arbitrary astronomer defined place, and the environment there is same as areas N or S. We r moving away fr plane at many km/sec--hav ben and will be for millions of yrs

This guy says that gravity from black holes alone keep galaxies together...but scientists believe this to be completely false...because their computer simulations say that there is still not enough gravity created. They believe that "dark matter" is what holds galaxies together..a virtually undetectable anomaly, and "dark energy" is what pushes galaxies away from each other. All of this, of course, is still just a theory, but it begs the question, "Is this guys information actually credible?"
