I just started watching heroes season 1 over the last 2 weeks. Awesome idea. This song goes great with the character and the clips u provided. U synced it perfectly and the scenes u used and at the time u used them really captured the emotions i feel when I listen to this song and when I watch the show. If that makes sense? Easily the best amateur fanvid I've seen!
They don't show the entire thing. Chandra Suresh is supposed to have been murdered JUST before episode one, Genesis. Hence Mohinder receiving the bad news DURING Genesis...
Seven Minutes to Midnight shows tidbits of the murder scene through Mohinder's dream via Sanjog's ability. Again, they don't show their ENTIRE interaction. The dispute is supposed to be open-ended to some extent, but the ultimate reason Sylar kills him is because he discovers his potential immediately after Chandra gives up on him.
I did finally see the scene of Chandra's murder. Which explains the broken watch face seen later. But I think you're mistaken about the reason.. Chandra did give up on him which is why Gabriel killed Brian(?) and then went back to Chandra and showed him the telekinesis he had "learned". Chandra tried to get away from Sylar when he found out about the killings. But Sylar told Mohinder that Chandra had let it continue for some time before trying to stop him.
Rather or not that is true is up for debate. I tend to believe Sylar when he said he traveled with Chandra quite some time before he "betrayed" him. After all he used Sylar as his Patient Zero (even Mohinder said that) which means that they had to have worked together for a time. I believe Chandra was deluding himself about Sylar and the murders until he could no longer, in good conscience, stand by anymore and let it happen.
Um. That's EXACTLY what I said... Chandra gave up on Patient Zero, who went on to discover he had Intuitive Aptitude after killing Brian Davis and acquiring telekinesis.
warning spoiler ahead for those who have not seen the season 3 finale of heroes
when matt changed sylar into nathan angela said that sylars ability to know the history of what he touches would fill in the gaps in his memory of nathan. this would mean that although he would look like nathan he should still have all of sylars powers. so my theory is that whenever angela or noah or matt calls him nathan surely it would regester as a lie. anyone agree?
Woah.... I hadnt thought about that one. But I think that "Nathan" cant access Sylar's abilities because that would mean he still had access to his Sylar memmories and emotions. I think when he cut Sylar out of the body he cut all of his abilities except the morphing one.
i think he can but he doesnt know he can he defently showed some sign of sylars ability of knowing how things work when he fixed the clock ironicly fixing it to the exact time his own watch was broken on if anyone picked that up :)

i dont know if youve been around but peter can only use one power at a time now, sylar has been on the good side twice but after killing his girlfriend to get her power he decided to go meet his day, who tryed o to kill him.
Sylar has been through way too much and done stuff that is going to pin him as the bad guy till the end, although i see mohinder turning to the bad side now that he found out what his father has done.

Now he is not a slave to "the hunger," but has also accepted that he is a monster and not truly capable of being anything less. The events of "Villains" made Sylar a much more dangerous character than he ever was before.
Correction: he TRIED to be good; he had everyone convinced but himself. When those with powers lost them during the 2nd eclipse, he briefly contemplated leaving it all behind & starting a new life. When it ended, though, his abilities came rushing back. That, combined w/ discovering that he was being deceived by Arthur & Angela Petrelli was enough to make him realize he was better off as a monster, because it's who he really was...and the whole experience gave him control over "the hunger."
I think he will probably have to turn good again so he can go bad again. He will have to stop the people who are hunting them, so he can then start taking everyone with abilities himself. So in the long run he will be a crazy mofo, but I think he will end up helping all the people with abilities before that.
Fantastic video...I'm curious what you could do now that there is a LOT more footage featuring Sylar around. The only sections where it kind of breaks down a little bit are the scenes where he's just sitting talking. Otherwise, as many others have said, it's pitch-perfect for the character.
One last little critique: the scene where he yanks Eden through the glass comes a little too early in your vid - it would be better suited for one of the "dramatic" upswings of the music.
doesn't it annoy anyone else when people create these fan videos... and they choose a good song, but every verse in the song has to correspond with every event happening in the scene? it kind of ruins the footage and song for me.

Okay... I'm not a person who watches the show... so is he like a hitman or assassin? Almost seems like it since he gets the lletter things saying where to go and all. He's awesome though, makes me think of me!
