A lot of this really is just background lighting but you can't really explain the constant cat like pupils. If it was the reflection of the camera in front of it would be there along with the original pupil shape since it wouldn't totally cover it up, the original pupil shape is not there at all, it just looks like it is from a distance. No way to replicate the way those pupils look unless they were fake pupils altogether. No lighting effect can change pupils and there was no blur either.

Studio lights, especially multiple ones, will produce some interesting reflections in anyones eye. In regards to the blinking, people blink faster when they are processing information for a speech, etc. If she was a reptilian her make-up would never last under those hot lights.
