Bloddy hell train drivers in the us like to be noisy! Thats the first thing I always notice in vids like this. Over here they give one toot on the horn as they approch a crossing or start moving. Your lot seem to just blast the horn continuously.....

No. It's a hybrid K5LA. Not a K5H.

It's a K5H. When CSX originally recieved those C40-8s, they came equipped with K5Hs straight from GE.

It's a K5HL, indicating the 1L bell(B below middle C) in place of the 5 bell (high E)

I crossed this crossing when I was in Orlando in the summer and I Didn't notice the type 3's:( but I noticed the LEDs.

I hope to be there this fall.

Nice!! Many of our crossing here with old mechanical bells have been replaced with those Safetran Bells. The crossing I naormally sit at is a GS Type 2 E-Bell.
