  • @caliindica i love empty gyms, there's a big gym about a block away from my house but it's always busy as fuck so I go to another one that's about a 10 minute drive away cause it's a bit smaller and way less busy

    1. which grip shall i use by pullups? you have 2 different grips.

    2. in the video you say: 3 sets to failure but in the information you say 6-12 reps/5-19 reps. which is correct?

  • @Kanackkillah depends on which muscle u want to work on the pullups. close grip for a more balanced pullup (lays and bicep), or wider for more lats and less bicep

  • @Hiphopisntdead1 well they mean that you have to pick a weight with which you can do at least 6 and no more than 14 reps. i dont follow that advice because the rep range I use works better for me so you need to find what rep range work for you.

  • @danieltij3 They only do it once. They do a 3 day split, Monday: Chest, triceps, and shoulders. Tuesday: Rest. Wenesday: Biceps and Back. Thursday: Rest. Friday: Legs and Abs.

  • You guys look about the same size as me and I do pretty much all the same exercises in the gym for a good upper body workout in about an 1 1/2-2 hours I was takeing a some crap supplements when I first started but now all I take is protien or smaller portion of mass gainer Gaspari Real Mass since it has a lot less sugar than others out there but I stay pretty lean and still have a lot of power. 5'9" 178-180lbs and my clean max bench is 320lbs but I have maxed 335lbs once before. Great videos!

  • it works your biceps more if u use a straight bar with a wider then shoulder grip because its stops u moving you elbow to bring the weight up. try it out.

  • @sfdragonfly Most trainer will tell you, the point of going to failure is to totally exhaust the muscle. So cheating a little bit to get the last few reps is really okay. You wanna get stronger you push yourself. Just dont swing around like a motherfucker

  • @TheFern91 Less is more. ;) Chest/tri shoulder Rest Legs (dont forget glutes) rest Back Biceps rest rest repeat Train abs whenever, although never before a workout. It screws with your back and if you then went and did squats or something you could injure yourself, always do abs after a workout or dedicate a workout session to abs.
  • Tableturns77 , they talk shit about people that rely on isolations by themselves. He did his rows and pull-ups (which hit the biceps too), then finished the his session with isolation to stress the biceps by themselves. Then he leaves.

  • @greveeen It's true they are known to have more fast twitching muscle fibres aswell as less fat and from my understanding. I have also heard and don't quote me on this that they have a slightly longer radius and ulna(forearm bones). Some of the greatest boxers and runners are African American. White folks have more slow twitching muscles fibres that's why some of the greatest powerlifters are White. Also the dark contrast of skin makes them look more ripped like a tanned white fellow.

  • @AdR1aN43 lol when i started working out i was only able to bench 30Ib dumbbells. now i bench 75ib dumbbells and my genetics are about avg. took me 6 months to go from 30s to 75s its all how you work out and how you eat, genetics just make up the rate you gain muscle and ur limit. diet and training will increase how fast u put on muscle and ur limit as well. count ur protein and carbs and u will get big in a reasonable time

    all we have is the basics like dumbells, benchpress, rowing machine, tredmills, and a generic ab workout machine, don't even have a pullup bar, my brother once he got out of prison came to work out with me and said even the prison was better equiped

  • Hello Twins, this may seem a simple question, but can u do a video on the proper breathing techiques during workouts? My breathing is not too cool! Sometimes I'm breathing in when I should be breathing out, then I switch, get dizzy, got to stop what i'm doing! I may be, but I don't think I'm the only 1 with this problem!
