You need a graphic software to adjust your quality drawing. Scanning itself will usually don't produce quality. Graphic software can help you improve quality.
There are plenty of free graphic softwares around. Just go to google and search for free graphic software. Download, install and test each of them out to find your most desirable graphic software. One of the more common free graphic software are Gimp, Opencanvas, etc.

It's a graphic called Open Cancas 4.5 Plus. Definitely worth a buy if you like doing CG art.
