@SIlverlakedaze, thank you but this is not it. The vid I am looking for is one with an interview with Halstead, the man, and it shows Barbara on the street, a firetruck goes by and she hits the same key as the fire siren.

Yes, that's the one I'm talking about. It had to be taken down because of unlicensed music playing in the background during the montage section.
