Personally, I like all the voices they chose for these cutaways. If a voice seems out of place or doesn't make sense to you, try looking at their character in a little more detail.

Falco is calm, cool and collected, like the Fonzie! So of course he's gonna have an accent that reminds us all of Happy Days.

As for Wolf... "What's the matter, scared?" is his best taunt, because when you spam it in an online match, it pisses your opponent off.
