  • You guys do know that February 12th is the theatrical re-release of Disney's Beauty & The Beast.

  • The Little Mermaid came out in theaters in 1989. It came out on video in the spring of 1990, not 1991.

  • it was out on VHS in the US in 1990. in the UK it was 1991.

  • I take that back. I actually say 0:00-2:11 and 3:23-46 actually should've been on a fake 1991 print of "Melody Time".

  • 0:00-2:11 and 3:23-46 should've been on the 1991 prints of "Alice in Wonderland" and "Dumbo".

  • @systemoperator How about: 1. 0:00-0:17 2. "Coming To Theatres" 3. 0:18-2:11 4. "Now on Videocassette" 5. The Rescures Down Under preview 6. "Coming on Videocassette" 7. Fantasia preview 8. "Special Previews after the feature" 9. 3:26-46. Part 2: 1. "Also from Walt Disney Home Video" 2. The Jungle Book preview 3. Robin Hood preview. If that won't work that's OK.
  • No, I think:

    Part one:

    1. 1984 orange-red FBI screens

    2. black-white "Coming to Theaters from WDP" logo

    3. "The Making of Beauty and the Beast" trailer

    4. cut-short silent 1989 WDC logo with voiceover saying "Don't miss this timeless Disney classics from WDHV!"

    5. "Fantasia" trailer

    6. 1989 gold FP logo

    7. 1989 WDC logo

  • Robin Hood previews 1.Green Warnings 2.COTTT1992HS logo 3.Aladdin preview 4.Now on Home Video 5.The Great Mouse Detective preview 6.The Rescuers preview 7.Beauty & the Beast preview 8.SPAOFFWDHV logo 9.1992 FP logo 10.1992 WDC (distorted) At the end 11.Now on Home Video 12.101 Dalmatians preview NOTE: It's a follow up to the 1991 VHS
  • Systemoperator, are you going to deny this?

  • Livinlarge18, does SPAOFFWDHV logo mean.....

uh, Special Preview after our feature from Walt Disney Home Video?

  • AND Special Previews after our feature from Walt Disney Home Video logo.

  • That's roght rod1014 formerly mjen1952

  • Yes it does

  • Yes, I think so.

  • Brilliant idea by me

  • I don't aproove, but since it looks like a follow-up to the 1990 VHS version of the film, I guess it would be OK.

  • Yeah and it wouldn't have the castle on front that is why it was recalled one of the pillars looked like a phallus

  • For me, I don't aproove a 1991 print, but I did make an alternate version for the 1990 VHS.

  • That's has the coer with the offending pillar

  • Yep. It didn't have previews, but I think it should've. Observe:

    1. orange FBI screens

    2. "The Rescuers Down Under/The Prince and the Pauper" trailer

    3. "Peter Pan" trailer

    4. 1989 WDC logo

    5. 1985 WDP logo

  • This one has Ariel in Eric's Arms and they are both on the land and she is wearing her blue outfit with a bow in her hair

  • Uh, sure. But, I think should've had an alternate version of the 1990 VHS release. Observe:

    1. orange FBI screens

    2. "The Rescuers Down Under/The Prince and the Pauper" trailer

    3. cut-short silent 1989 WDC logo with voiceover (as seen on "The Rescuers Down Under")

    4. "Peter Pan" trailer

    5. 1989 WDC logo

    6. 1985 WDP logo

  • Great idea

  • Thanks!

  • It really shouldve had previews

  • I think so, too! That's why I made those previews.

  • I think it should have had an alternate cover

  • My version?

  • Of course I like yours better than the real deal

  • But, what do you mean by "alternate cover"?

  • One with out King Triton's castle like the one I told you about that has Eric holding Ariel in his arms and she's wearing her blue outfit

  • and she has a blue bow in her hair

  • Oh, I'd just leave my cover the way it is, because it's just artwork.

  • controversial artwork

  • Don't care if it is, because it's just art.

  • I did nothing to you.

  • you did touched my neck

  • Yeah, but you hurt film017forever, and he is my friend. As long as I'm here, nobody will hurt my friends, and you won't hurt him. So, you're blocked.
