That is what happends whith mix cultures. I like mexican food but i like chinese left overs so I'll make a totally new dich so I call this huevos chinos.

I prefer Mexican Huevos Rancheros, 2 eggs, home made rancheros sause, home made refried beans, home made salsa, bacon, home made tortilla and a cup of coffee. MAN!
