That lawsuit is the most incredible amount of nonsense I've ever heard of. I know you can't talk too much about it but perhaps you can somehow keep it in the news. I for one think that treating followers like property of a company is down right wrong. We follow people on twitter because it is person centric. Although I do believe that HTML5 is the future, it's not been adopted widely enough to become completely mainstream. Flash is far from dead, 90% of the graphically intensive sites online are Flash based, and people are still making that transition from Flash to HTML5. I do see HTML5 becoming quite large and Flash becoming obsolete within the next year or two, but right now, Flash is still larger and it's still important to have Flash player installed in a browser.
