I'm sure Lilly only went out with him at the start to make him leave her alone. And its also true that Severus went to the dark lord, but when he heard Lilly was going to die, he went to Dumbledore. He really loved her. James loved her looks. Im not hating on you or anything, it's just my opnion. You could be right too.

@Midnightwolf72 Like I said, Snape is my favorite character besides Harry. I admire his love for Lilly by protecting her son. He loved Lilly in a way that James could never understand. Having said that, Just because he went to dumbledore after he found out she was marked for death doesnt excuse him from selling his soul to the devil. She may have loved him if he wasnt in to that stuff, but he made terrible choices. We do find out that James grew up and was a good man who made good choices.

(unless lily would have lived if she was with snape)

@Snivelly1997 He's my fav too. Good characters have a plain reason to be so - "we should do good". The "bad guys" are generally more complex and deeper - something makes them act that way. I think that very few people are purely evil. And Snape is definitely not one of them. I am in so many ways like him- I also have dark hair and (almost) black eyes, I love learning, I'm shy, I've been bullied at school (well, less worse than he was) and my fav subject is Chem...I mean Potions. Long live Snape!

i'm not a huge snape/lilly fan (cause lilly never realizes what a wonderful man she has so she runs off with the stupid J.P that had to ruin everything... yeah) but this video almost brought me to tears. it was so well made. i liked that you used artists with similar enough styles of drawing snape (and lilly) that it wasn't mentally confusing. some people who make HP videos switch between many very different styles in one vid and it's always annoying.
