brodie definitely crushed the guy at the end haha i dont think you had to run him over cause i still think you would have gotten it without going through him and putting him on the ground, but that guy should thank his team mate for throwing up a dangerous throw, peterson your definitely sick,
lollll....I know that you guys are so cooooolll and strong :) but why you always throw the disc on the ground or away after scoring, oh i forgot you are soooo cooolll
bad spirit..
Nice defense plays in this vid and many travellings :)
was that last move in the video illegal when he decked the guy? Technically the guy was there before him and the other guy fouled him pretty hard. Correct me if I'm wrong. Just curious.
He has right to space above him so if an opposing player limits him from going up it's a foul regardless of if he got all disc or not. Just like over the back in basketball.
Wrong. If it was a "dangerous play" then it doesn't matter (which I would say it was). Also, if it affect continued play then it's a foul, but they don't necessarily get to keep the disc. Since the D clearly knocked it away, they didn't have a chance at the disc so the D gets possession, but since the guy got knocked down, this impeded his ability to get back into the play, so its a foul. It should have reset with Florida having the disk where the contact was made.
@brodiesmith21 the rule is if you get the DISC before contact there is no foul.
3. The Principle of Verticality: All players have the right to enter the air space immediately above their torso to make a play on a thrown disc. If non-incidental contact occurs in the airspace immediately above a player before the outcome of the play is determined (e.g., before possession is gained or an incomplete pass is effected), it is a foul on the player entering the vertical space of the other player.
@brodiesmith21 You can argue that's a dangerous play since he put himself in a position that was going to lead to contact...so for sure I would have called a foul on that. Doesn't matter if he got all disc...if you clobber the guy after you get the disc, that's not a clean play.
@brodiesmith21 Yeah and a lot of guys probably won't call it because their first realization is that you did get all disc and did D them...so it's good to always go hard. Sick highlights bro!
@brodiesmith21 I'd love to have refs for certain things...I've always played with them and it was great..I'd like them for line calls and stall counts...foul calls are up to us unless we can't figure it out...
I'm not gonna lie, the Spin move is SWEET but it's not my move...my signature move is the forehead swipe...i little after my hand blocked 1:24...that's all Fernz
the guy who got laid out screamed "F*ck you" loud enough to be heard from where we were sitting. We were about 50 feet to the left of the camera i think. should have kept the no look lefty backhand back to the thrower as you contested the foul and walked off. lol
i have better catches at my school but the throws are amazing
