If we wanted to impress the rwood side, we would have been turned around, and i'm sure that there are a whole lot of ripley people besides the band parents that enjoyed it (:
I loved it! I had family sitting on the Ravenswood side. They enjoyed it also. There was no "laughing" at us. There was mutual enjoyment of something fun. I feel sorry for tb1921. It's obvious that he takes no pleasure in this life that God has given to us. So, tb1921, you can continue to sit back and watch. The rest of us will have fun, get a little crazy, and enjoy this thing called life. To the band - All of you have been wonderful to watch and an absolute joy to be around.
Hey I enjoyed it, and the only "embarrassment" Ripley suffered this night was the playcalling ability of one Coach Frashier, he almost singlehandedly lost this game. This was my second favorite part of the game so chyeah shuddup.
i'm part of the Ripley High School Band currently, and although i didnt think it was cool at the time, watching this video has made me realize that some good memories came from doing it. i think we all enjoyed it, and i'm not embarrassed at all. Who even cares about Ravenswood? Ripley did it for Ripley-who seemed to enjoy it, and that's all that matters.
i'm not sure what you did to get made fun of but we arent an embarassment, and we never have been.

Ok, as an alumni of Ripley High, I just wanna say that this was the biggest embarrassment our school has ever been through. First of all, as if people don't make fun of the band enough already. Secondly, if you didn't notice, the entire ravenswood side laughed through the whole thing. And third of all, they didn't even dance! They just waved their arms around. This was the dumbest thing I've ever seen and bravo to whoever came up with this brilliant idea. FYI, stick w/ playin music.
I am a part of the football team at ripley and I think this was awesome!
