You know now that I've revisited the video with the sound (I turned the sound off to focus on the video) and taking a closer look, I feel that most of you are right and it is a cat. The loud MEOW gave it away. If you want to convince me other wise, find a clear version and don't take your pet cat out to the graveyard with you. this was from a tv show broad cast in mexico this guy claimed that ghost didn't exist and that he didn't believe in ghost or demonds so he went to a grave yard at midnight with a video camera to prove that he wasnt scare and ghost didnt excist but after his experience he was hospitalized for two weeks due to the impression of seeing that girl.

If you replay it a bunch of times you will see it is clearly a cat.
keep these things in mind when looking:
The "body" never moves throughout the video (the white gravestone or rock below the cat).
The reflective eyes is what gives it away as well (cat eyes)
The "hair" is actually its body and the draping hair are the legs (not actually draping though the bad quality makes it look somewhat like bangs).

there's more to this vid.
it was part of a t.v. show of a guy who explores graveyards.
there is a point when he turns around and the thing is chasing him.
at some point, you can tell its a ghost because you see part of her literally going through a gravestone.
but for some reason, this is the only part we ever see now.

hej man, no normal girl would ever be in a graveyard at 01:30. There could be two explanations: 1) The girl is one of many orphan children who lives in the street and maby she goes to visit the tomb of her mother/father or nearest relative. 2) She is a girl the guy tok with him to make a show.
