@hitoco9 thk u...yah i use to meditate years ago and it really made me feel different. i need to start working out and meditating and it will transform me...it really does help and extend your life and quality of life...just 40 minutes a day even like 20 in the morning and 20 at night or just 30 at night. take care my friend. i am putting a contest video up later today make sure you watch it :)
