  • What amp are you using?

  • always playing fantastic guitars but still using that bear to hold the amp microphone, nice

  • this sounds beautiful man...has a very Jeff Beck-ish feel to it...great job!!!

  • did Epiphones also get the narrow nut width treatment like Gibsons of the era? does anyone know?

  • sweet!

  • This guy's my hero.

  • I love this guitar, thank you for doing it justice. Just wondering, where abouts is that one made?

  • I was playing my casino the other day (Get Back), and I hit a wrong not, and this pianist said, "you didn't play that very well did you? must be the guitar" I said, "you play"! That showed him!

  • Is this what Dave Davies played on All Day & All of The Night on ?

  • One question. Does the guitar generally create feedback when the distortion is on?

  • I love the way that you play this guitar. I have one of my own but it's a vintage sunburst.Keep on playing man your really awsome!

  • Those are Casinos are exquisite reminds me of the 1966 Gibson es330 in wine red with bigsby I once had. Useable tones most styles of music because they sound so musical to my ears.

  • Great Epi Casino, what a marvelous sound

Of course your fingers count too!

  • That is one sexy guitar.

  • it's amazing how you can get all the guitars sound like the other!

I think you should play more suited to the guitar you're playing to give the opportunity to hear the different nuances

  • you must be ritch!!!!!! lucky. All of your music sounds the same. like the beatles expand your horizon and play diffrent stuf then just jazz and bluse.

  • where did you learn to play?

  • by figuring out my records Peter Green, Larry Carlton, Jeff Beck...

  • so you´re a "ear player" too! Nice! For how long do you play? I love that guitar.. btw

  • I play since my 12th year

  • @GregsGuitars 12 years old or since your 12th year of school?

  • Most of the people who "hate" Epiphones can't even play the guitar. And I mean properly PLAY not just noodle around pentatonic scales.

    Epiphones rock!

  • I've played gibsons and epiphones and i chose an epiphone SG over a gibson.

  • @martinrandle i think most of the people who say they hate Epiphones havn't even realised who's used them, some of the greatest bands in the world, The Beatles, Oasis, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The list goes on...

  • I think it's funny when people hate on a Epiphone, just because of it's name. You can get great tones from an Epi. It doesn't have to cost $10,000 just to be considered "good". Anyways great jam, keep it up.

  • @Epiphonemusic86

heck yeah, i'm an avid casino fan!!!

  • @Epiphonemusic86 man this epi was before gibson own the epiphone brand! infrom yourself before making comment without any sense, although i agre that today's epi's are not bad at all, some are quiet good :)

  • @uva2323 lol. go and find out when gibson actually bought epiphone, baring in mind this guitar was made in 1966. you'll be kicking yourself for that comment :P

  • @Blompcube you miss understand what i said, i know this is a casino from 66 way before gibson bought epi, i was just explaining to that guy that epi was a long time ago an independent company wich he probably didn't knew about

  • @uva2323 and what i mean is, when do you think gibson bought epiphone? it was before '66...

  • @Blompcube i know but it was long before epi was gibson's subsidiary, and before being a medium-low quality guitar company

  • @uva2323 well that's not what you said at first... gibson bought epiphone in 1957, and it's rumoured that the ES-335 is actually taken from epiphone blueprints they obtained in the buyout :P

  • @uva2323 my dad say me the same if you buy a epiphone say you te sae

  • Wow, nice tone.

  • casino or sheraton?

  • i wanna get one of these? reccomend it? :)

  • That is one nice sounding guitar. Not a fan of hollows but you make me want one.

  • Beautiful finish on that guitar.

  • awesome playing man! im not a big epiphone fan but you made it sound awesome! keep playing dude.

P.S. How guitars do you own?

  • bb king's guitar is an epi. lucille. name a sweeter sounding guitar? ; )

  • would you mind sharing the settings you are using on your amp on most of your videos? I just bought a Vibrolux reverb, but can't find the sweet spot like you have!

  • it also has to do with the guitar and your fingers, but i have a vibrolux as well and for humbuckers i have treble 7, bass 6 on the bright channel and for single coils treble 7 bass 7.5 on the normal....you may have to move around a little from there, but that's where i have found i like the amp the best

  • hey thanks. does yours lose clarity when you plug in a tube screamer?

  • ibanez tubescreamers have a buffered bypass so you might lose clarity, but if you have robert keeley or analogman mod it, or you buy a true bypass clone, then it won't

  • Treble 6 Bass 5 and no bright switch is what I'm using

  • Thanks to both of you guys for the help. I'm going to go fiddle around with it and see if i can get a little better sound. And I think my tubescreamer is true bypass, because it's a Maxon OD808...

  • yep that's true bypass...so it shouldn't be losing clarity

  • yeah i fixed it now. i just had the volume too high for this amp. the setting i used to use for my vox was just too loud for this amp's preamp.

    Thanks though!
