you're right. it is a perfect recreation of the original challenger. maybe too perfect. why would you want to almost duplicate something from 40 years ago? it's a great car for people who can still remember cars from that era and miss them. but what about the rest of us? i say leave the "throwbacks" to the sports clothing companies. to me, the mustang was the perfect blend of modern car with retro styling. go with the challenger if you want more retro, and go with the camaro if you want less.

Unless you run a flat head, a small block chevy is the only motor that will fit in models "T", "A", "B", and Model 40 with out major cutting to the firewall sheet metal. The power glide, Th350, and Th250 automatic transmissions are the one that fit those same chassis with minimum cutting.
