You need to have a custom firmware, and when you have everything on your memcard you have to enter recovery mode, by holding right shoulder button when booting up. In recovery mode you have to go to plugins and then press X on cxmb.prx to activate it. When you have done that you click back and then exit. Now you should hopefully have a custom theme with no flashing :)

I got a problem. Everytime I come out of playing a game, my XMB changes back to the normal sony XMB. im changing my cxmb with one of those cxmb loaders u run on your psp.
