Interesting case because his home was wiretapped & he didn't commit an actual crime. Fitzgerald said Lincoln would "roll over in his grave" at what Blago did but I think the wiretapping would keep his spirit restless. It's being used to bring down political adversaries & it's wrong. I hope Obama reverses it & restores the Constitution that we have the right to privacy.

Gov. Blagojevich is a corrupt guy who had access to most Chicago politicians. It is likely that Blagojevich will expose many people in the Chicago political machine in return for leniency. And, it will be interesting to see how wide a net the Federal Grand Jury casts; this could have severe repercussions. Not only is this story a huge disruption to the nation, its the last thing our county needs right now. What a troubling reality!
