@lullemans72 That was The Jacksons Victory tour from 1984,its a tour that is still unreleased on dvd or vhs. You can get bootleg versions online but most are crap quality. That clip is from a US show called Countdown that played Billie jean live.

@Reaver1223 Correct it is! Most probably recorded during mid 80's when they also did "Just Good Friends" for Michaels Bad album. Artists tend to do 2 or 3 songs together so they can have one each on their albums :-)
