Also, many of these weapons are modified because 3rd world countries can't usually afford to properly repair their weapon, so troops don't even bother with them, especially in a fire fight.

@wadyano Tourniquet's stop really being used after WW1. When you apply a tourniquet it is a life saving procedure in an emergency. It will most likely cause you to lose that limb. The femoral artery is one bad fucking place to get shot. A tourniquet will not stop an artery from bleeding. I am not a bio guy, but I think the only way to stop an artery from bleeding is too repair it or clamp it.

@wadyano Medications are used mainly to clot blood. NevoSeven is a common medication that is used to stop heavy bleeding. I think combat tourniquets are sometimes used. But medication is preferred because the wounded would not have to risk losing a limb.

@wadyano Medications are used mainly to clot blood. NevoSeven is a common medication that is used to stop heavy bleeding. I think combat tourniquets are sometimes used. But medication is preferred because the wounded would not have to risk losing a limb.

The gun on the Abrams would not be able to turn around effectively in such tight places. The only 50 cal gun that would be useful will be the one on the top but only that can rotate up 45 degree's not very useful when people are shooting from the roof. Also there where just to many civilians in the city to get a precise fix on who is friend or foe

So if they used AC130 to clear out large numbers, then they would've killed hundreds maybe thousands of civilians. Even in real life they still would've never down that.
