  • Great set of exercises. i give these to a lot of my patients. The only thing I might add is that these are better for prevention/maintenance and not during a bad flare up.

  • I am going to try this and see if it helps me. I have either a slipped disk or torn muscle. Drs couldn't say for sure. But I suffer severe paralyzing pain about every 6 months and I hope this exercise helps. I did simple stretches today and realized how out of shape I am. Thanks for sharing this.

  • i guess this is a good exercise ... i hav seen this exercise at alot other places ... but i dont know if this works on weak back .. coz i hav a very weak back ... when i sit down on floor for a short while my WHOLE back gets filled up with pain ... i cant sit on a chair for long time ... this to gets pain in my back ....i hav a very weak back ... can uploader of this video or any other person help me put PLEASE ..!!
