Now why the hell can't Sega make water look like this? Or Sonic games in particular?

Is it possible to add fish and such to the water? Or possibly make it so that you can deeper under the water, like a hidden area or underwater city?

Hey, that would be cool! Or, maybe theres a giant fish that would swallow you, and, in it`s stomach theres a little city type thing.....

Right and at the same time you'd have the option of playing the above ground field or the underwater one.
