    Its actually the Army, but I am a bit chubby, not gonna lie. Despite this, I had a small neck. We did this with measuring tape, and he said I needed to get an inch around my neck.

  • this is a great excersise. what the fuck makes people do neck bridges, its crazy unless you have been training for long enough to already have a very strong neck. it just kills my skull before i can get a burn

  • @Issaquan5 I've had good success with two times per week and 2 sets of 10. I started with 10lbs and I'm now using 35lbs (plates, not a dumbell). Put over an inch on in a couple of months...

    Well that is where you are wrong, its a well known exercise that does work...

    Albeit a bit of a lame exercise, but it still works....

    You can't even back up your comments....you try to discredit this guys videos, by making comments on his appearance when it is very obvious he isn't there to do a work out....it is for instructional purposes....

  • You can also use a bike helmet with weights attatched, (Not too much weight lol)
