The notes are all there, but there's no refinement to it. Did anyone notice that she made sure that we knew that she had high notes to burn, regardless of how raggedly they were sung?

è solo una squallida esibizione ..pura belluria vocale...fine a se stessa..tralatro meccanica metronomica priva di nuances..che non fa altro che ridicolizzare il personaggio e renderlo per esempio assimilabile ad una Olympia...ma questa è un'altra storia.

I must admit, I've never liked this woman. Her technique, her diction, vocal approach, etc. are all off for me. If anyone shows a lack of commitment to characterisation in this contest, it is Ms. Esposito. Just look at the way she says "look, here comes my high note" before the high F, or the way she turns to sing at the return of the major phrase... eek. 3/1

This one is a little too slopy for my taste. She sounds like she is trying so hard. I am thinking that maybe she sould have tried differnt embelishments, these just don't work well for her. 3/4

Not a bad voice...nice F, but it doesn't sound very....fleet of foot I guess. a little too labored for my taste, but altogether pretty good. 4/3

Some of the singing I like but overall it sounds very laboured. The ending seems to be a vocal exercise in staccato singing, with more practice needed. Nice high note at the end, but not enough. 3/4

She manages to convey the character of Amina in my opinion. The coloratura di forza really taxes Esposito and she has to sing a lot of the music "staccato". But the F popped out really beautifully! 3/5

This is a very interesting video, I think she must be pretty young here. It sounds to me like she is forcing everything. It sounds so labored, until the high F, which is very nice. I actually like this performance for some reason. I wish she would have more fluid coloratura. Overall, very nice. 5/4
