  • dude that was sick! well done! whats your height and weight here?

  • and that guys a beats

  • the 99% of those comments that are negative are simply cz of jealousy

  • good show man, i can respect the training it takes to get to new PR's and the resolve one has to achieve such feats of strength. i recently hit a 210lb clean and press but your progress puts me to shame. i'll keep reaching for bigger numbers always, keep up the good work

  • that is no more then 150 kilos

  • hhhhoollly crap!!!!

  • You HAVE seen his squats and deadlifts, right?

  • Charles! this kid is making fun of you!? HAHAHAHA!!!!!

  • those arent 45 plates...

  • Good observation - I bet you could tell by the pretty colors and the different sizes and the way they bounced, huh?

    It's a 25, 20, 15, and 10 kg on each side. 140 kgs x 2.205 lbs = 308.7. Add the 45 lb bar and you get 353.7.

    Maybe you shouldn't comment anymore?

  • bad observation. where in my comment did i say it wasnt 353.7 pounds? hmmm

    good job

  • No need to get sarcastic. He only made an observation, not a criticism. Are they plates designed primarly for Weightling so they can be thrown..?

  • On YouTube, it seems, everyone is an armchair quaterback, and it gets old luvfmuscle. Forgive me for a rash response, but he should develop thicker skin.

They're called bumper plates and yes, they're used for olympic lifting because they can be dropped repeatedly without harming the plates or the ground.

  • @TheAscendant you had every right to be sarcastic in my opinion...just a way of correcting him...

  • hahahaha!

  • @TheAscendant who counts the bar?

  • Nice lift. I watched this as an embedded video on the S&P. I thought you were going to do some squats.

Imagine my surprise when you threw it over your head. Nice show!

  • to i tak kurewsko duze ciezary...

  • Well done that was a good lift, good potential in you.

  • Thanks Paul, I appreciate the feedback!

  • i say polish 'luzik':)end be a stronger :)

  • (im not gut speak english),No,i try too say you lift 160 kg and this look like your's max. pudzianowski lift 200kg too last series, but he ist taierd.

  • I think I understand. I don't have a place to try 200 kgs, otherwise I would give it a go. Plus, I think Maruisz outweighs me by just a little bit... ;)

  • on tu ma 160kg i podejrzewam że na maxa poszedł pudzian 200kg na ostatnia serie podniósł

  • I'm not sure what that means, can you translate it into English for me? I think maybe you're saying that I got 160 kg, and I should work up to/try 200 kgs?

  • great lift dude....

ur gym seems to be really good 2

  • great lifts!!!

  • These are fun - I have been doing them lately as a combo with front squats - Hit 3-5 reps overhead and then hit an equal amount of reps on the front squat.

  • Thanks! I'm 27 and weigh 229.

  • nice one how old are you and your bodyweight? for some who never done them youre very strong
