Fushigi Yugi Byakko Kaiden Trailer

Yuu Watase probably will not do a Byakko manga. The love story between Suzuno and Tatara was completed within Fushigi Yugi. The two die at the same time are re-united in the afterlife. Over all, Suzuno's story wasn't completely tragic because she did not get devoured by Byakko; her wishes were all granted except for being able to stay with Tatara.stated by Tokaki, a Byakko warrior who trained Tamahome.

I saw and read Fushigi yuugi and curently reading FY Genbu kaiden and I loved the stories! It would be a wonderful idea if there was a Byakko story in the future. I hope they'll all be turned into animes (the other two I mean).

no you only see 3 of the byakko 7 in fushigi yuugi, along with the priestess...but you only see them in later episodes. I think you see them first in episode...39...40. Something like that.

If you read what Seishistar wrote on the side it was fanmade. BUt i have to admit it was pretty good! And I want the new chapter out too, but if Watase's health or her mother's health is in poor shape it can't be helped. She's done for more then enough for us so she deserves a nice break if you ask me.

as long as they havent make an animation to the current FY its gonna take a while, who knows, maybe 5-10 yrs from now since yuu watase is taking a hiatus for the current time. i think it'll be great if after she finished genbu kaiden she'll quickly make the story about byakko. but then again, since many fans are waiting and expecting for tatara and suzuno, most of them already knew whats the ending will be. but it'll be a good story afterall

in the fushigi yuugi series, when miaka is in process of her journey, they come across 2 warriors from byakko that are still alive. and two genbu boys are guarding the shinaho. in the last oav ekiden, you see all the gods come, Genbu, Byakko, Suzaku, and Seiryuu. Miaka's brother and her friend look up stuff on it on Suzuno and Tataya. It all links together.

My udnerstanding was that this series 'Fushigi Yugi: Genbu Kaiden" took pllace before the original series. Because Takiko's father wrote the book and it's the same book Miaka and Yui open in original series. Plus, the necklace Takiko got was the same one Maika had one find since she lost the universe of the four gods. Not telling how. But this is just my uderstanding and it's sorta makes sense or so my freinds say....

well Takiko was the first person who entered the book, and that was during 1923, its a pre-world war, and when she entered the book, she was still wearing a traditional japanese kimono (well for school girls her time)

Ya, I got into it REAL bad...I know it's post-world war. Takiko's father wrote the book "Universe of the Four Gods" because "Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden" is actually 200 years before "Fushigi Yuugi: The Mysterious Play"...And, The necklace that Maika traveled to Genbu for was original Takiko's.
