Toshiya is the one in the cape, Kaoru appears with red makeup, im 100% sure about that.

I think the guy with the katana is Kaoru,

no that's kaoru who sticks the needle through his neck. Toshiya is the one with the cape, who appears many copies and then disappears, the one with the hat, and the bottom part of toshiya's hair is red, and the TOP part of DIE's hair is red lol so basically they both have a little red in their hair lol
