Wow, never saw this program! Great Television in the 60's and 70's! She was a very beautiful woman. Mrs. Montgomery died almost one year to the day after my mother did of the same type of cancer. She was a year younger than my mother to. RIP Elizabeth.

This was Liz's initial appearance at the "PALACE" [October 1, 1966]. Very few people knew she was also a good singer and dancer {and "femcee"}, and handled it quite well. Her opening number was her way of saying, "Okay, if you want 'Samantha', you're going to have her, because that's the ONLY time I'm 'doing her thing' this evening..".

Believe it or not, I actually remember this opening sequence when this first aired. I was quite young when "Bewitched" made its debut on ABC in the '60s. I loved Liz!!!
