I was born when Hawaii was a Territory in '56 and my birth certificate lists my Dr's name, the hospital, the date and time and my parents names and it was all handwritten.

I've done a fair amount of research. The thing for me is that 8 years ago I ordered a copy of my birth certificate from my home State (Hawaii). The COLB identical to Obama's is what they sent me. It is a valid, legal State certified birth certificate and has been legally adequate for any situation that required I show a valid birth certificate. It has never been rejected. When I saw Obamas and heard the birthers all jumping up and down, I LOL'd because they're so clueless.

Obama provided his valid, legal, State certified birth certificate. His birth in Hawaii was verified by the Hawaii Dept of Health multiple times. The former republican Governor Linda Lingle (campaigned and fully supported McCain) verified he was born there. Newspaper birth announcements published in Aug 1961 corroborates it.
The COLB has never been proven a fake. Feel free to provide evidence that it was.

Her friend was shocked that she was "driving" so soon after the birth --- how much more so IF SHE HAD FLOWN THAT DISTANCE -- something that didn't happen and wasn't mentioned.

It was socially stigmatizing to have a baby out of wed-lock, and all the more so when it was biracial. Her parents just got new jobs in Hawaii - they would have feared losing them. Abercrombie never "promised" to produce the bc. Hawaii no longer issues "long form". They have not done so since the Hawaii Dept of Health had all their records converted to electronic form (2001).
The COLB he provided is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate. Mine is identical. I've had it since 2003. It has never been rejected nor was I ever told that I needed supplemental info because of it.
Out of sequence by "3" or "4"??? Hardly a red flag.

His Mom got pregnant at 17 unmarried by a black, older man and was sent back to her home (Mercer Island, WA) to save the embarassment to her parents who had just moved to Honolulu a few months before. Witnesses place her with her new baby on Mercer Island. Most likely that she had the baby in a home for unwed mothers in Vancouver in order to claim British citizenship through his BIODAD.

Stanley was pregnant by November 1960 at 17. This would have been a great embarassment at that time under the circumstances. She was sent back to Mercer Island to have the baby, where witnesses saw her (and their statements are videotaped) right after the baby (Obama) was born.

That hasn't cost Obama a dime. The other various records (school, passport, medical, college etc) are protected by standard privacy laws as well.
All the lawsuits were dismissed, which would be minimal cost.

Exactly which law is that? The thing that many don't seem to understand is that the COLB is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate. As of 2001, all vital records on file at the Hawaii Dept of Health were converted to electronic format. At that time they stopped issuing "long form" or photocopies. The COLB became their standard issue birth certificate.

Bullshit, the HDOH said they have Obama's long form BC, and according to this one investigation, the HDOH still issues long-form BC's. The HDOH keeps saying in their announcements that CERTIFIED copies can't be disclosed, but the very statute they cite - HRS 338-18(a) allows disclosures authorized by the rules, which includes NON-CERTIFIED COLB's.

I've done a fair amount of research. The thing for me is that 8 years ago I ordered a copy of my birth certificate from my home State (Hawaii). The COLB identical to Obama's is what they sent me. It is a valid, legal State certified birth certificate and has been legally adequate for any situation that required I show a valid birth certificate. It has never been rejected. When I saw Obamas and heard the birthers all jumping up and down, I LOL'd because they're so clueless.

So there, it is on one of the few documents anybody could attain from this Usurper. His stepfather was Lo Lo Soetoro, and his name was changed, but no records either of his mom are him changing it back. And there was no dual citizenship there either, and that is fact. There are no adoption records and there are no records that his name was legally changed to Soetoro.
You're right about dual citizenship, however that only applied to ADULTS, not children.

There are no records that Obama's name was ever legally changed to Soetoro. It has always been Barack Hussein Obama II.
The reason the dual citizenship thing only applied to adults is because a child who has US citizenship cannot renounce that citizenship as a child. There is no way to acquire Indonesian citizenship without first renouncing US citizenship, which Obama could not do as a child.

Please cite your source for this ridiculous figure. The original birth certificate is protected by privacy law. So are the school, medical, financial, college and other records. That hasnt cost him a dime.
The lawsuits were all dismissed = minimal cost.
Filling out a school form hardly constitutes a legal name change. He also attended St Francis of Assissi (Catholic) school in Jakarta.

If Obama's father was Kenyan, then it makes no difference where Obama was born. He is ineligible to be president of the U.S. because our Constitution states that both parents must be American citizens. Obama Sr. was Kenyan...which was under British rule...making Obama actually British at his birth. This is one of the biggest scandals in recent years...after 9/11.

But where does the Constitution say that "natural born" requires two citizen parents? 400+ years of Common Law understood the term to be "born in the country". The only dissent comes from Swiss writer de Vattel, but there is no convincing proof his theories dictate the meaning of the words of the Constitution.
