I personally believe that homosexuals who want to change should get the chance to change. But I believe that people that don't want to change should be treated fairly and like any other person. But I hate it that there is so much hatred and disgust towards all people.

I am saddened when I see so much hatred in between the groups. Now, I am not saying that any one group is better, but I believe that both groups have gone too far. I personally don't agree with homosexuality, but I think it is extremely unfair for a person (Specifically conservative chrisitans) to say that all gays are going to hell and that they should get out of that scene.

The issue isn't whether you were born this way or not. The problem is that it is sin (like any other sin). The answer is that Jesus can transform the homosexual, as He can any other sinner. I personally know of former homosexuals transformed by the grace and power of God. But, "few are those who find (choose) it" Still, Jesus loves you and desires for you to be saved and transformed.

Certainly some people are born with a propensity to certain struggles in this life like homosexuality, pedophilia, rape, alcoholism, drug addiction, etc...this is the result of living in a fallen world. Many heterosexuals struggle with lust and a desire to commit fornicationa and adultery (just as sinful)...but just becasue people struggle with such desires does not make it acceptable to do them! The problem is that these folks are rebellious and have no desire to obediently follow the Lord.

Whether a group achieves equality or not, no one can stop them from fighting for it. But I do know the description of this vid is BS! From listening to dif. perspectives (interviewing) I met 3 people who went to the exodus program and said it was a supportive growing experience. 2 of them are today happy with their gay sexuality. It was simply a step in their journey for figuring out what they wanted. Who are you to judge what is best for them? Sad a vid descrip is so full of anger and hatred.

@djdicrispino Exodus actually focuses on the love God has for you as his child. There is NO hate involved in that ministry. I am gay and I have nothing but respect and admiration for everything they do. Don't beleive all the rhetoric you hear. Oh yeah and btw the gay community already has one of the highest suicide rates. Maybe we can change that by letting them know how much God loves them.

I have always been encouraged, loved, and inspired at these events. I have never felt like I was being pushed to be somebody I am not. In fact, I come to realize more who it is that I am. I must also say that some of the information mentioned above regarding Exodus and Uganda are missinformed. In fact, they stand against what is happening in Uganda. I say all of this with a Transgendered past and now living a very fullfilling life on a Post-Gay journey.

Homosexuality does not need a cure, and "being" homosexual is not sinful. Exodus attempts to offer another way out for those who are homosexual/bisexual that want to live in coherance with God's word. Secondly, Homosexuality should not be an identity...I don't introduce myself by saying "Hello! Nice to meet you, I'm gay." I say "Hello! Nice to meet you, my name is..."

Sexual identity is not "who we are," we are already identified in Christ.

"God is love". He loves us right where we are-whether we are where we're supposed to be or not. LOVE comes in the form of care, truth, discipline, boundaries, and restoration. LOVE without truth isn't love and TRUTH without love isn't loving. Exodus' mission isn't converting people from gay2straight, but to point to Christ for holiness. Exodus isn't the enemy or any of the other things mentioned in this video. What I see is hurting people acting out and hoping to justify their brokenness & pain.
