Rev matching is good (on track), but fuel consumption will go up with this feature.. blipping the throttle every gearchange will not help your mpg.. good trick though.

Just look at the GTR. sports cars of the future are going to have shiftable autos so get with it its not the 80,s anymore.look at porsche and many many other new sports cars there moving away from old school manuals there just not as practical or efficient anymore.

unless the auto is a duel clutch, it wont ever be quicker than a manual. the manual just pulls harder in the higher gears. automatic are for wusses and females who cant drive. so unless you do drive like a girl or you are a wuss, cheer for the manual transmission
