i'm surprised to see absolutely no soldiers using the direct hit, especially at the level they play at. Is there a rule saying you can't use it?

@UberGamer21 It's limited to one, like the Sandman and the Buff Banner. Most players don't use it, since the normal rocket launcher is more reliable.

Most top teams are against the usage of new unlocks. They're not banned, we just have a gentleman's agreement to not use them.

I hope this video is a compelling argument for its inclusion. Yea, CP's 2-3 are close, and there is some weirdness @ the last point, but every map should present teams with unique challenges.
