what do you think were the limiting factors in this one ,, i sorta expected around 650 hp ,, but ,, it does have steel heads ,,

This was an engine we dyno tuned for the customer, limiting factor, poor steel heads, lower compression, 1/16 1/16 rings package and could of used a better camshaft.
