Take about 5 minutes and read the oath as it is written, then listen to what happened. If your mental faculties are in tact you will realize who messed the oath up. I can give you a hint, he was appointed by Bush to the supreme court.

Okay Everyone.

Since it is clear, once again that people do NOT know the Constitution,

here is the breakdown.

The 2nd Article states that the oath needs to be taken before enter office.

HOWEVER

The 20th (20 comes after 2) Amendment states that the current President and the Vice President terms ends at noon on the 20th of January and the next/new President and Vice President terms begins at that time--regardless or not whether the oath has taken place....

Therefore, Barack Obama became the President before he actually took the oath.

And regarding the oath:

Here is the oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."...

The reason why Barack Obama paused was because John G. Roberts, Jr. messed up the "faithfully" part of the oath.

OBAMA IS NOT THE PRESIDENT! The oath was not given in time to Obama. The Constitution states the Presidential oath must be given BEFORE 12 noon. Biden took his oath at 11:59 1 min before 12 noon and Biden then became the President of the PRESIDENT of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA. Obama took his Oath at 12:05, five min too late
