They really did love it. They had a rented hall with food, flowers, and all the fixin's, and an impromptu jam after. I played this little ditty and am proud to say there literally wasn't a dry eye there (including mine, lol). It was difficult making it through the thing, it was so quiet, 'cept for me and my late grandfather's old guitar. It was truly a remarkable and memorable day.

Such a fitting song for Uncle Erv and Aunty Bernice...It brings tears to my eyes, because it reminds me of the love that Grandpa Al and Grandma Mildred had. I almost made it thru 'til the word 'fifty', then my voice cracked, but I guess I pulled it off ok.
