Have same one was my aunts I love it but one day I forgot password so I found a code on you tube but now all it dose is start like it's out of the box ask for all the info but once u enter it all and it says creating ur account it then restarts and dose it all over again over and over an over. Well you get my point what do I can u or anyone help me PLEASE.
