Thanks for this preview, Mr. Barker. I am so glad that you continue your work. I pray for the day when the economy rebounds to a point where businesses are focusing once again on their competitive edge and not just on survival (as if the two were not connected). I was a TQ facilitator for many years in Nebraska until 9-11 happened. We have not recovered to a point where organizations are doing that again. Keep up your good work. Thanks for what you believe in.
