Power greedy bhutto, lost a strategic location from pakistan point of view. Rehman should have been given the prime ministership as per the seats won in the parliament elections. If that was done there would have been no question of separation. The elite rulers of pakistan government and the military from time to time have always sold the country just for the sake of filling their pockets.

It is a great shame for us Pakistanis. This is a story where we cannot believe that our own people (Army) did this to defenseless people.
It is a double shame that our Bangladeshi brothers were pushed to the extent that they had to seek help from India.
It is sad but only way is to learn from our mistakes. Bangladesh can become Japan if they decide to make this trajedy their strength. I will be very happy to see Bangladesh prosper. We still have much in common to learn from each other.

Bangladeshis never had to seek help from India, they were winning the war already. India was forced to get involved at the last moment because of the refugees that were coming into their country, but they were never asked to help fight. Nor was it necessary, 90 million angry Bangladeshis vs only 90 thousand Pak soldiers, obviously Pakistan would have eventually lost in the end.

I would request our Bangladeshi brothers to ignore rude people (sometimes I think that they are pretending to be Pakistanis and they are not).
If you read any Pakistani newspaper or channel, you will realise that everyone accepts that dictators/Generals were real culprits.

Where does it say in Islam to kill innocent people? we have many urdu speaking ex-west pakistani living in Dhaka but we never harm them becuase In Bangladesh, being hindu or muslim does not matter to us.
