  • He's right.

    Universal coverage (everyone getting health care) is the only approach that makes any sense because everyone needs health care eventually and paramedics can't just leave unconscious people dying on the street because they don't have some card in their wallet.

    So why are we paying insurance companies anything??? They don't provide any service. They just take their huge cut and pass what's left to the doctor.

    ALL the money should be going to the doctors. For -health- -care-.
